Survival Gear that you need to Bring when Adventure in Nature
Survival Gear that you need to Bring when Adventure in Nature
One of the preparations to face the threat of danger that can endanger safety, among others, is by learning survival techniques (how to survive in nature) and always carrying survival kits whenever we will go on an adventure.
Pocket knife or multi-tool
This is the most important equipment that you must always carry because its function is very vital. Multi-tools with a variety of useful tools and functions in one item can be used for various important purposes to survive in nature (survival). Besides, the packaging which is very simple and easy to carry also will not interfere with movement or increase the burden of your trip.
Food (With Knowledge and Skill to Get Food in Nature)
Bringing excess food reserves will be very helpful to extend your life when faced with a situation of being lost on a mountain or stuck in one place for some reason. Food reserves will be vital in helping your business survive for days or even weeks while waiting for help or finding a way out. Reserves for special survival foods (or TNI foods) usually have simpler packaging with nutritional content that will meet your body's needs.
Lighter
Lighters such as lighters, or pairs of flint and iron to make a campfire should always be carried by you, especially if you are not too skilled at making flames without matches.
Rope
You can carry a lighter and simpler rope such as webbing, music, or paracord. Especially for paracord straps, you can also make various crafts for accessories such as paracord bracelets, necklaces or key chains to make it more practical and comfortable to carry.
Flysheet
No matter how great you can make a natural bivouac, and no matter how good the natural bivouac from the leaves you make, still shelter made from flysheet or tarpaulin will be more comfortable and durable to use.
Besides being very useful for use in survival conditions, flysheets are also very useful for the needs of sudden shelters such as when suddenly you are caught in the rain in the middle of a trip.
Whistle
Make no mistake, the whistle can be a very vital tool especially if we face a situation of being lost or trapped unable to move in one place because of an accident. The small size of the whistle also makes it easy to carry, so there's no harm in you always carrying this equipment wherever you go on an adventure.
Compass and Map
Frankly, I have experienced how difficult it is to get out of a lost situation if you don't compass and map as a navigation tool.
Nylon Cable Tie
Cable ties look trivial and somewhat less convincing when taken for adventure, even though this tool has many functions that would be very useful. Besides, pets with striking colors can be used as markers when you are lost or unsure of the path you are on.
Those are some survival equipment with important functions that you need to always carry in every adventure.
And don't hesitate to write in the comments column if you have other suggestions about survival equipment that adventurers should bring.
